यीशु के साथ रहने से आने वाला साहस

 प्रेरितों के काम 4 अध्याय में बाइबल का एक अद्भुत चित्र दिखाई देता है—सच्चे आत्मिक साहस का। पतरस और यूहन्ना शक्तिशाली धर्मगुरुओं के सामने बिना भय के खड़े हुए, जबकि उन्हें “अनपढ़ और साधारण” लोग माना जाता था। फिर भी लोगों ने पहचान लिया कि वे यीशु के साथ रहे थे (प्रेरितों के काम 4:13)।

उनका साहस उनकी शिक्षा, योग्यता या व्यक्तित्व से नहीं आया था। वह पवित्र आत्मा की सामर्थ से आया था। पतरस पवित्र आत्मा से भरकर बोला, और बाद में विश्वासियों ने सुरक्षा नहीं, बल्कि परमेश्वर के वचन को और अधिक साहस से बोलने की प्रार्थना की।

यह अध्याय सिखाता है कि बाइबिल का साहस घमंड या ऊँची आवाज़ नहीं है। यह परमेश्वर की आज्ञा मानने, सत्य बोलने और विरोध के बीच भी विश्वासयोग्य बने रहने का साहस है। शिष्यों ने धमकियाँ और विरोध सहा, फिर भी वे चुप नहीं रहे क्योंकि वे जानते थे कि यीशु जीवित हैं।

आज भी परमेश्वर साधारण लोगों को सामर्थ देता है। यीशु के साथ बिताया गया समय भयभीत हृदयों को साहसी गवाहों में बदल देता है।

Boldness That Comes from Being with Jesus

Acts 4 presents one of the clearest pictures of spiritual boldness in the Bible. Peter and John stood before powerful religious leaders without fear, even though they were described as “uneducated and untrained men.” What made the difference? The leaders “realized that they had been with Jesus” (Acts 4:13).

Their boldness did not come from personality, education, or status. It came from the Holy Spirit. Peter was “filled with the Holy Spirit” when he spoke, and the believers later prayed not for comfort or safety, but for greater boldness to continue speaking God’s Word.

Acts 4 teaches us that true boldness is not loudness or self-confidence. It is the courage to obey God, speak truth, and remain faithful even under pressure. The disciples faced threats, opposition, and rejection, yet they refused to stay silent because they were convinced that Jesus was alive.

The same God still empowers ordinary people today. Time spent with Jesus transforms fearful hearts into courageous witnesses. When believers depend on the Holy Spirit, center their lives on Christ, and pray boldly, their lives become living testimonies of God’s power.
